At my very first DCA competition in a corps, at retreat, the announcer thought he'd be funny and just rattled off the scores (no corps names) in random order, and said, "OK, you figure out who got what." Ha ha, very funny .... NOT! There's a radio sports guy in Chicago who will sometimes do something like this: "Yesterday the Yankees, Twins, White Sox, Rangers, Orioles and Rays beat the Padres, Nationals, Pirates, Braves, Astros and Cubs by scores of 2-1, 9-3, 13-8, 5-4, 7-5 and 8-3, respectively." Or he'll do something like this: "Yesterday the Dodgers, Brewers, Royals, D-Backs and Rockies beat the Reds, Blue Jays, Cardinals, A's and Indians by a combined score of 27-16."
