kickhaltsforlife
hard choice i think 2008 will win in the long run, let everything settle a few years. They are both great shows, both from different eras of the activity, its so hard to really say which was better. Having been at finals and seeing that show, after seeing it in SA, Atlanta and Alllentown, it was amazing. I hated it in texas...then it just go tbetter, and what i felt in the stadium that night was amazing. I never saw 96 live, didn't know what drum corps was then... hell i was in elementary school, but it was still an amazing show...i love it, but it really isn't on my top with regiment shows... i don't know where 08 will place in a few years in my list. but seriously, two great shows. PR_ducky
Just a quick note. If you have only seen the 96 show on video, you haven't really seen it. I saw 96 live all summer as a staff member, and I saw 08 live twice last summer. If you are trying to compare 96 on video to 08 live you just can't. What about those of us who did see Phantom 96 live, but not 08 live, and still think 08 was the better show?

MikeN
I saw both live (though '96 was midseason), and while '08 was (to me) better, it's not by that much. Mike
