MGCpimpOtimp
Whether it's interesting or not, if run with the tempo of that show, you're going to get a pretty darn good work out. Galen
Cadets '85 (good if you want a nice long endurance piece) Cadets '95 (great for the sprint at the end) Cadets '05 (noticing a trend here...) Phantom and SCV, practically any year BD, 2003, 2006, 2007 (those 5-minute openers are great) Star 90, 91 and 93 Cavaliers 2006-2008 (quirky, catchy and up-tempo. Works for me for some reason)
TerriTroop
What is this "running" you speak of? Here's my answer: A little over 4 years ago I was obese. (at 5'4" tall I weighed more than many football players except offensive linemen.) I had an infant at home, and I was getting depressed thinking about all the physical things I was not going to be able to do with her over the years. I felt lousy and basically hit bottom about my situation. Long story short I'm now a little under 20 lbs. from my goal weight. When I started this journey I had NO idea I'd love to run, but that's what has happened. I sure didn't start out running, though! That happened verrrrrryyyyy gradually. Next goal: mini triathlon in 2009! Sorry to get all serious on you. It's kind of a passion of mine now.
