Sam98
Used to live in Denver--Casa Bonita is an absolute dump, horrible food--the only locals who go there are school field trips because the food is cheap and fast.
bhs alumni
that last sentence in the opening paragraph (which i'm not sure i'm allowed to quote on here)....WOW!!!!
PCSoprano9702
That place is amazing. When I lived in Denver I and all my friends went there all the time. It was the best! I left Denver when I was 6 years old.
troon8
You have to have the right blood alcohol lev-uh, I mean mindset to really enjoy the place. Yes, the food really is that awful! And no, you can't not order and just take in the sights. And yes, it is every bit as weird and um....wonderful as the article and the South Park episode say! Northern Thunder
Their food really is pretty bad. In the 1977 Blue Devils yearbook there is a section of photos taken in and outside of Casa Bonita.
troopers1
I used to go there as a kid in the late '70's. I went back there in '07. Nothing had changed! It's a time-warp!
DCIHasBeen
The only place they took us to eat in Denver was some dump serving spaghetti sauce that I think was made from ketchup. Casa Bonita would have been a big step up.
