I don't know. And I'm not sure that I care until I've seen the package. I made the mistake of doubting the design team when last year's song selections were announced. But to comment on your other elements ... "4 obscure jazz pieces" Haitian Fight Song is easily Charles Mingus' most recognizable riff. Even to those outside of jazz. And the album Sky Blue was Grammy nominated. "everyone's temporary enthusiasm over pseudo jazz" - I assure you that there is nothing temporary with my enthusiasm in relation to this show.
