Both '93 Phantom and '04 SCV have tied with 18 votes a piece and thus will shall enter a 24 hour tiebreaker!RULES FOR TIEBREAKER *Rounds last for 24 hours *Once your vote has been cast, it cannot be changed. This makes tallying results much easier. **If the groups are still tied after 24 hours, we will goto sudden death. The first corps to receive a vote from someone who has not yet voted, will be declared the winner. THE CHOICES '93 Phantom Regiment VS '04 Santa Clara Vanguard Its a tough call - really enjoyed both corps a lot. My vote is SCV by a coin toss.
