Kay
DCA should follow suite with the idea of drum corps blowing your face off... just food for thought Let me point one thing out to you, DCA does not need to now or ever follow suite on "blowing your face off" THEY INVENTED IT!!!! Gary Matczak
why dont they move the lines up closer to the stands? I saw someone write in a thread saying when coming into the stadium it is anticlimactic because the stand are so far away. Last year in DCI at Bloomington was perfect becauase how close the stands were, DCA should follow suite with the idea of drum corps blowing your face off... just food for thought upper deck sight lines............ Fred Windish
camel lips, I just haven't had the same experience in Rochester (stadium area) that you did. I'm sorry you had a problem. I've parked a block away at a neighborhood enterprise, paid $5, was treated with courtesy, and returned to my same condition vehicle with no one giving me a hard time. What I DO see with that stadium are these advantages that are VERY hard to find elsewhere at a similar cost to the DCA organization: Availability of adult beverages Wide selection of food choices Excellent lighting Great video board and PA system State of the art field surface Cooperative facility management More than enough parking within a three block radius 5 minute ride from downtown hotels Weather-protected area for our booster tables Actually, permission for booster tables Surrounding community that tolerates noise well into the night. Protective police department that "gets what we need to do, and doesn't stand in our way." Despite all the positives, I wish the stadium was larger but geez, what other location offers all of the above, and then some?

ereese
he's with the Phils, but LA can have him back Think of Abbot and Costello when you read this. Stranger to town at DCA's looking for the stadium stops a guy on the street: -hey buddy, I'm looking for Paetec Park - oh, o.k. you want Marina Auto Park -no I just want to get to the stadium -what stadium -Paetec Park -Like I said, there ain't no Paetec Park, you gotta' go to Marina Auto Park -Look you stupid sonofa......I don't want to park my car, I want to go to the stadium -Yeah the Marina auto park isn't a parking lot -wha??? -and then the fight starts and on and on......you get my drift. We're having too much fun with this. We also have a new bridge in town and it's namee after Frederick Douglas and Susan B Anthony. So it's the Douglas Anthony Memorial Bridge....or DAM bridge. Rochester...don't ya just love it.
