Well probably because in the 20 years Crown has been in existence they have beaten The Cadets all of 11 times. Colts I've heard all the corps have stepped it up from last year but DCI judges will start the year based on last years finals. With the exception of Boston/Gmen being so close in score at finals. I am sure if Cadets win tonight, then many will either say Crown is overhyped or not an "elite" corps. Because the Cadets haven't had two off years in a row since 88-89. In 2006 Bluecoats beat Cadets at Finals. First show of 2007 Cadets won by 2 points. The Cadets have proven over the last 25 years that they have staying power. Crown hasn't. Yet. Edit: Oops I misread the scores for the first show in 2007.
