SoCalMellophone
Been a heart breaker of a year. I march with So Cal, and the show is great. This was the first time we have broken 70 while still in CA. Potential is great but economy hit us hard. A Class surely is wide open this year, and the Open class contenders should make it a GREAT finals, I will be there, though without my Corps members. BOSMarcher
It certainly would have been that much more exciting with SoCal this year. I am happy that you guys made the decision to stay home and live to fight another day. We don't need to lose any more groups. ... I am very excited that for the first time in (maybe forever... since Class A was formed), both classes will be equally interesting to see who makes the cut. Prelims should be just as full as Finals, if people know what is in store!

It has been a great year, albeit short. I have had fun being in front of the line this year. It was a little frustrating only getting the closer on the field the last day of our shortened season, but it was still great. We still have one more performance of our show(non-judged obviously) so we are not quite done yet. Thanks to all the performers for their hard work so far this year. However, in the interest of accuracy, I must point out that our highest score in California came in 2008: 73.363 SoCal Dream (Freemont, CA DCI 7/20/08) Parade and party in Big Bear this weekend!!!!! scrappyslap
I really hate to say it. But why are the standings suddenly posted right after the show?

MoonHill
I really hate to say it. But why are the standings suddenly posted right after the show? A) why wouldn't they be? B) why do you hate to say it?
CVQuesty
I think there's a "shot" in there somewhere, but I'm not catching it. Not sure what the implication is. Don asked, I surfed on over to DCA's website, got all the scores, put it all in order, and then posted it up. Nothing to see here other than the scores.
