Galen Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 Field is turf and it is a lite drizzle supposed to get worse though. The stands are only 11 rows high. This is the worst place in the world to have a show. The field is on top of a hill and the parking foer the corps is terrible. Not enough room in what littls flat lots they have. Not to mention our housing site was terrible. Hardly enough room in the small gym for the students and no room for staff or drivers. For whatever reason, DCI likes to pick the 3 worst places for shows (Glens Falls, Beverly and Bristol) and have them right in a row. Maybe they just want to get them over with quickly Isn't the Bristol show at a different site this year? I think at a high school. I was at the Bristol show last year & the stands were fairly small with seating on the grass but not very good for being able to see the show.
