Tom Brace Posted August 14, 2009 Share Posted August 14, 2009 if you read the other threads, it does say in the contract their are options for other solutions to sound barriers. hell, WWE curtains off the upper decks in arenas around the world if they dont sell out, especially for tv tapings.in fact, were DCI to pay for this, it could be used in all of their dome shows as for shadows...you get them in any stadium with decent sized back bleachers, and in fact from the front side too depending on where the sun is. so shadows is yet again moot....it happens everywhere. hell, you get shadows on the field under the lights often times...go look at BD 89 in the ballad I'm not reading well this morning...you are saying DCI is joining with WWE? Hopkins vs. Valenzuela? Feidler vs. Gibbs? The tag team match featuring current reigning champions Rowdy Kevin Smith and Chris "The Hammer Komnick versus the Young Upstarts, Flying Mark Richardson and Cowboy Greg Orwell. I can't wait to see the cage match! while that would be funny, given DCI judging and slotting, you know these results will end up with top 5 directors beating lower directors, and top dorectors that face off will end in Double DQ's or count outs. however...WWE uses the covers on empty sections on televised shows that actually make the arena look and sound better. so DCI could learn something from WWE about staging events. luckily, we all know they both have pre-determined results down to a tee Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
