Also, of course its too early! And it's always too early, and predictions are just supposed to be fun. I believe that it is anyone who wants to compete. Yes, it's for fun. Cadets 10th in 1980 Blue Stars 13th in 1980. They head in opposite directions placement wise for 2.5 decades... Now the Blue Stars are stuck in 8th and have scored as high as 91.9 and are getting better each year. The Cadets worst placement in over 20 years is 6th (1991 93.7) and are one of the top corps. It may happen soon. I would bet that it would be because Blue Stars take it to the next level and get into the 94-95 point range.
