DeanInChicago
Thankfully, I can take the Megabus roundtrip from Chicago to Indy. The bus greatly reduces my gas expenses. Often, I can land a roundtrip from $2.50 to $20.50. Book early at megabus.com, and there are 6-7 daily busses between Chicago and Indy. In Chicago, the bus departs near Union Station on Canal. In Indy, the bus stops on Washington St just east of Delaware -- at the City/County Building. The bus prices are higher the later you book. This saves me big bucks: I will bus down on Satuday, August 13, see the show, then bus back early Sunday morning, August 14.
CANDRUMMER
Gas is now $1.35 per litre so multiply that by 4 and you get roughly $5.40 a gal. Although our Can. gal. is a it bigger than the US gal. its still BLODDY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
jjeffeory
All i can say is i'm glad our country is small enough to fit into New York state. I think 'ill act on your advice and have a word, watch this space lol Maybe THAT'S the problem. New York state has some of the highest gas prices AND taxes in the country!
