It's any creative/talented staff (no matter what individual trophies/petigrees they've earned previously) that has the desire and resources to stay together long enough to begin to see the same things in the design architecture; And use their skill sets to compliment each other; and surround that with an atmosphere of open suggestions, energy and willingness to make the other guy's idea work. Too often corps leadership (and sometimes the fans..... cough,cough....PR) go on a frantic search for a magic bullet staff when consistency and long term friendships, relationships and trust is the answer. Freshing the mix from time to time is always fine, but keep the corps of the corps together. Just sayin.
