On Sunday, May 1, just 14 days before the start of their Spring Training, The Cadets will give you what you’ve been waiting for! You’ll get that little glimpse of the extraordinary summer to come during a LIVE Broadcast direct from Woodstown High School in Woodstown, N.J. Join The Cadets for the YEA! MAY DAY, a special broadcast from ensemble rehearsal during the last camp of the season! May Day pic.jpg Plus, YEA! May Day is the day we want folks to vote and tell their friends to vote for YEA! in the Chase Community Giving program. Only a few days remain to show your support for the Cadets and YEA! as we race for the $25,000 first round prize and ready ourselves for Round Two and the chase for $500,000! Log on to The Cadets LIVE Broadcast at 1:15 p.m., EST, through the corps Web site and hear segments of ‘Between Angels and Demons,’ plus other select pieces in The Cadets encore repertoire. Live interviews with staff about the show concept will be held along with the very special announcement of who will be the newest inductees in the Cadets Hall of Fame. “The April camp is always an exciting time and we want to share that with family, supporters, alumni and fans,” said Cadets Director George Hopkins. “It’s the last camp before we move in, the colorguard rejoins us and we plan to thank all of our friends and supporters – especially those who have voted for us in the first round of the Chase with a little taste of what’s to come this summer. Join us on May 1 – MAY DAY - and begin the celebration!” Not only will fans hear show repertoire, they will also be front and center for the announcement of the 2011 Class of the Cadets Hall of Fame. From April 8 -15, registered members of the Cadets Alumni Association voted from among 15 remarkable individuals to be placed in the esteemed Hall.
