The dude exudes sheer performance. With this in mind, and considering the forum is WAY overdue for a meme thread, I felt it would be appropriate to hone in on him as DCP's "Chuck Norris". I shall kick it off... Herbert doesn't spin flags. He rotates the universe around him. I have spoken to this young man several times over the past few seasons and my comments are always the same, "you are an amazing perfomer"!!
