Horns still sound top heavy to me, but, to be honest, I think that's due to Dynasty horns. I've not been happy with the quality of their equipment for the past few years. Drums, however, apparently have NO quality issues. Yeah, horns! I'm not so happy that Phantom and Boston are on dynasty either....oh well I digress...
