Michael Boo
Please add your own. It's not necessary to make this Q&A. What sort of trivia facts would be cool for all to know? (And please don't mind if others, such as myself, file your trivia away for possible referencing in the future.) This is something we can hopefully keep adding to for a long time. Enjoy!

Michael Boo
I mentioned this during my live blogging from Indianapolis, as the time was right to let the cat out of the bag. There was much conjecture about The Cavaliers' logo this year. Here's how it came to be.: A video camera fell on the floor at the corps' rehearsal gymnasium in Rosemont while filming. Someone looked at the footage and got a brilliant idea. They took a still from the video of the camera as it hit the floor on an angle. The black swatches are the wrestling mats that hang on the wall of the gym. The flurry of white streaks are the narrow slit windows at the top of the gym. Many thought it was a PhotoShopped image of the sash on the uniform, which makes sense. I thought the inspiration for the logo was absolutely brilliant. Another 2011 trivia note is about Phantom Regiment. In 1988, the corps played "Romeo and Juliet" as the entire show, utilizing the music of Tchaikovsky. This year, they used no music from Tchaikovsky's famous "Romeo and Juliet," perhaps making them the first corps to repeat a theme with NO music from the earlier show. JimF-LowBari
Some corps over the decades were both Jr and Sr corps (but not at the same time). Blue Rock - Wilmington, DE Blessed Sacrament Golden Knights - Newark, NJ both big time Jrs but competed 1975 in DCA shows Archer-Epler Musketeers - Upper Darby, PA Sac and Archie also have the distinct of later become Alumni corps (the DC trifecta). York, PA White Roses (only Sr to Jr back to Sr corps that I know of) Vanguard - Chicago, IL CMCC Warriors - NYC, NY both well known 60s Jr corps and Sr corps for a few years in the 80s Pine Tree Warriors - Lewiston, ME another 60s Jr corps that was in DCA in the 80s.
