Lincoln Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Okay...I've just heard back from Marc. Here's what he wrote. Comes from my days with St. Anthony’s band from Revere. It was a competitive marching band that competed in the summer like drum corps. There were many “church” bands back in the day in Mass. The name was kind of a joke since Sully is an Irish nickname and the band was full of Italian kids including me. I actually hated the nickname but somehow it stuck and has been my drum corps name ever since. PS......... GO COLTS!!!!!! PSS........ Thanks to a grant from the Dubuque Racing Association (Diamond Jo Casino/Mystique Casino) both The Colts & Colt Cadets will have new threads for 2013, designed by Michael Cesario at Fred J. skywhopper Posted December 2, 2012 Share Posted December 2, 2012 I'm definitely anxious to see Colts moving back up. They have all the fundamentals, and they're a really well run organization. I'm very excited that Vicki is moving up to the director spot. She's done really well with the Colt Cadets, so I can't wait to see what the Colts come up with for 2013.
