MikeN
Sorry for the kind of silly question, but my memory is failing me now. I remember DCI using double drum judges at major events for a few years, but I can't remember what those years are. And weren't there double GE judges on a limited basis at one point? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Mike
Jocko the Wonder Llama
I can't speak to the double GE judges, but BITD there were multiple execution judges on the field. You had Brass execution judges #1 and #2, as well as Percussion #1 and #2, and M&M (Marching and Maneuvering for the young ones) #1 and #2. These judges were each assigned one side of the field. ElSuarez
They have been double-paneling effect at finals since at least 2009.
jpaul
GE judges are doubled at San Antonio, Atlanta, Allentown and Finals' Week. There was a time where DCI used 2 percussion judges, one on the field and one in the box, but they don't do that any more.
