fsubone Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 I wonder if the bass drum in the steel frame will get the same treatment. I noticed during their time at GWU that there was a section where a guard member and horn line member took turns "scribbling" on the drum head. It would make sense if the bass drum were adorned like a chalk board... It has the same treatment as the bass drums in the line. It was shown on their Facebook a couple of days ago. There were some phasing issues, but it was because they span the entire field several times! The show was very "mandarin" but I wouldn't be surprised if they are actually larger than mandarin! Very good show from them! I can't wait for all the open corps to compete together! Good year for open class! now on the field....INT!
