fsubone
One of the more under-rated ones I've seen is 2011 SCV's "The Eternal Knot" by Karl Jenkins. Very beautiful piece of music. Same with PR's 2000 ballad, "Transfigured Night"

MisterA
I almost forgot, while SCV Adagio is my all time favorite, I think my second favorite is Evey Reborn by Boston Crusaders in their 2012 program. That is one of the most beautiful and underated pieces of music to hit the field. I had never heard of that piece, and had to listen to the original version online after hearing Boston doing it. One of the brass judges said it was like a 60 second crescendo.
