Galen
There were some GREAT shows last night with close finishes between corps in all 3 divisions! That's a good sign that the regionals will be very intense. After squeaking by Circle City Sound in St. Cloud last night, Polaris Regiment will probably be happy to come in from the cold at tonight's show in the Fargodome in Fargo ND (Doncha know!) The Bulldog Bowl in Artesia NM gets the honor of hosting the last regular show before the Albuquerque regional. The Knights upended the competitive table last night in Egg Harbor with solid victories over Kinei O'Hana and Roselle Park. Those two corps will have one more chance tonight at Bridgewater-Raritan HS in Raritan NJ to tune their shows up before Princeton as The Knights take the night off. The venue may be a little smaller tonight at Science Hill HS in Johnson City TN, but the competition between Star of Jupiter and Stud Bolts will definitely not be diminished. Skylinersop16
Some major rewrites to the music last night dropped us a bit but I think the changes will be better in the long run.
Galen
After a day of rest and rehearsal, it's happy Regional day (and happy Valentine's day as well!) Southern corps will be competing at Kidd Brewer Stadium in the mountains of Boone, NC Eastern corps face off in the confines of Princeton University's stadium Midwest corps head north of the border to compete at the new Investors Group Stadium in Winnipeg Manitoba And western corps venture into the desert to compete at Lobo Stadium in Albuquerque NM Since turnout for the regionals is smaller than usual this season, ALL corps will advance from prelims to finals. Galen
We're ready to roll into the second half of the season! The most exciting event today looks to be the Durham NC event, where Roselle Park Conquistadors and Midnight Vanguard clash at O'Kelly-Riddick Stadium in a battle of regional champions. The two other events will take place at Valparaiso HS in Valparaiso IN and Cheyenne South HS in Cheyenne WY.
Galen
Aurora CO's Cherokee Trail HS hosts an exciting showdown between regional champions Fleur de Lis and Circle City Sound. After getting caught by surprise by The Stud Bolts last night in Durham, Roselle Park Conquistadors look to bounce back against Star of Jupiter at the newly-resurfaced Bob Jones Stadium in Fort Mill SC. A very small lineup of corps ventures to the cornfields of central Illinois, competing at Metamora Township HS in Metamora IL.
Galen
Roselle Park Conquistadors enjoyed a triumphant comeback to the top in Fort Mill last night. Now they'll be very happy to step inside the warm confines of the Georgia Dome in Atlanta GA against several top tier corps. Polaris Regiment is among several corps to brave the elements outside at Waukee HS in Des Moines IA.
