xandandl
Just imagining what the licensing costs of these very modern pieces are as a sum total. I didn't think Beatles was releasable. Fun pieces which in the hands of the right arranger can be very nice to listen and see. Hmm, color guard doing weapons headchoppers over surfboards, wave after wave of French angles coming to shore, lifeguards rescuing the stranded whom Velvet Knights forgot, great possibilities. That is, along as there is no poster of Bob Jacobs in his speedo, ha, ha. Edited May 6, 2015 by xandandl

Eleran
Would it have killed them to let us hear the corps playing...something...anything? Cool vid otherwise... They did stream live footage of the event on Periscope, which was available for several hours afterwards, but it's gone now. Included a portion of the show. ;)

BRASSO
Jersey Surf will be teaming up with the North Star Alumni Drum & Bugle Corps for a mutual exhibition of song playing on the 4th of July competition show July4th at the Manning Bowl, Lynn. Its been decades since DCI Finalist Corps North Star ( North Shore of Ma. ) has performed, and the guys and gals from this highly entertaining Drum Corps have been working hard all winter to do their one and only exhibition of the year. The fact that both Corps in this mutual exhibition will be playing popular songs at this post show exhibition that even most people without music degrees are familiar with ,is an added attraction to both corps collaboration on this. I'm looking forward to it. Thanks to the Jersey Surf for their efforts with this to make this special for those that will be fortunate to be in attendance at this show. Yup - they packed up this afternoon at their "Spring" training site, and should be on the road now heading to New England. Waiting for confirmation ...
