Is it a side effect of having the smaller panel? No, sometimes they forget to assign a number to that caption; coupled with a non-familiarity of DCA sheets and the criteria. If that number reflects how the corps ,et the criteria on the sheets, the judges did their jobs. It's likely that they were judged on DCI sheets, which means they were on the World Class linear, and as such the score sounds legit.
