Madison Scouts now officially co-ed

The Scouts' programming and competitive issues are the alumni's fault? Some good ideas in this post, but do you really think the alumni have that much influence and the management and staff are trying to appease them? Have you considered that Komnick just isn't capable of recruiting, managing and retaining a strong creative and instructional staff that can do better competitively with the money they have?

Sadly, partially yes. Jim Elvord went as far as having an alumni committee part of the uniform design, which was made of people that have virtually nothing to do with the activity. Gee, great ####### idea.
