DCI went public this summer reminding all of their ban. this group nope. But they keep Roman involved

Could anyone explain to me how DCI, a non-profit organization, can legally ban him from attending shows held at public or privately owned stadiums? He is a free man today, no longer under probation. He regularly attends Philly football and baseball games, along with theatre shows. Just curious about the legality.
