First off, for those who don't know him in person, Colin is a man of extreme integrity. Second, there are now over a dozen former Cadets who are members of BAC, including DMS Wes and Joe. Very easy to send them some support!

You guys have done some good stress testing on the website. More to come next week.

Something like this foundation should provide as many details about its registration as a charity, its operational function and mission clarity, along with names of all people (130?) associated with it. If it’s legit, there should be total, thorough visibility. Good grief. https://1934foundation.org/leadership/

Also someone may have also brought this up but the name of this organization, with its obvious reference to old Garfield Cadets/Cadets, may make them liable for current or future law suits, Yes? I get the idea...but it might be too early for this.

Our legal advisors have looked everything over on the website carefully, our mission statement is clear, and they are quite aware of the "in's and out's" of CAE's legal issues and what we can do or not do. We have had discussions for months concerning this. Thank you for your concern. Edited April 29 by njthundrrd 1

But I seem to remember one of the judges remarks about any reference to the old organization.
