If you look closer - I think you're looking at the sharps and flats that are resting on the ground. OPPS After another look - I see what you mean. I think the original keys are Ludwig Kelon synthetic keys. As pointed out - the replacements are perhaps a diff material. Those are light colored replacement keys. The rest of of the keys are dark. The keyboard in question is a marching xylophone.
