Jim Alberty Posted September 3, 2005 Share Posted September 3, 2005 Yeah, count me in - I was standing on the bridge overlooking the corps during the Finals night rain break and you could see how much these kids loved each other and their corps - this was a group that absolutely had their priorities straight. The crowd was ready and hot to trot and SCV delivered - I can only compare it to the Troopers' prelim performance in Birmingham in 1979 when you just KNEW they were there to give their all in the next 11.5 minutes. I feel honored to have witnessed both these performances.
