Bob Brady Posted October 31, 2005 Share Posted October 31, 2005 Er..o the young..MARCHING french horns have existed for years, thought they are rare nowadays..the bells are nice enough to face forward Frenchies beacame less vouge the the mid 90's..back in the day Phantom, Cavies, Spirit, and many others marched them.. Back when I marched, just about everybody used french horns.Our voicing went(high>low) Sopranos-Altos/Fluegels-Mellophones-French Horns-Baritones-Contras (by the way, who remembers "Single Bass" and "Double Bass" Contras?) :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
