MHSmirage
What Corps' Cooks Would Reign Supreme..... Inspired by the show on Food Network and watching "The Tour of Champions" dvd, Who serves the best food on the road? My vote: Phantom Regiment.....tastiest pork chops on the road! I think DCI should joint sponsor with Food Network a special on cooking on the road, or atleast have a corps cook off during finals week. Jocko the Wonder Llama
Speaking as a dinosaur, I gotta say that the corps today have it a lot better than we did back in the '70s. (Thats the 1970's you little smart allecks. :P ) Part of our usual daily fare was "One meat and cheese, one PB and J" I think that we needed an "Iron stomach!" And we ate better than a lot of corps. BTW, I'm not saying that we had it tougher, I'm actually jealous.
