MelloHorn13
I'll just list a few since I can't pick any favorites. So many corps, so many stlyes. Star 91-93 Cavies 98-99 Madison 96 Phantom 96 SCV 99 BD 96 those are just a few. Not pre99, but Cavies 00 has a good G hornline. JeffBanyots
Star 1992 gets my vote, although there are so many great examples, I couldn't list them all.
liebot
Phantom 93 was loud and sounded good. They were by no means the best though. They had some TERRIBLE cut offs through out the show, and the sopranos stuck out a lot. The end of Fire (at least on my recording) was just ruined, because a soprano held over.~>conner I'm pretty sure you're talking about the end of Wheat Dance (2:50). The cutoffs in Fire (8:12 and 8:20-21) were pretty clean.

Jared_mello
Seconded IMO: Star 92 > * Seconded. Beyond that, BD '98. :) (almost any of the '90's BD shows, were incredible....97, 93, 91, etc.) Beyond that, mid-90's Cadets. What the '95 through '97 shows achieved with the amount that they moved during the shows, was stunning. A member of the mid'90's Blue Devils said that the Cadets '97 line, standing still, was one of the best hornlines he'd ever heard. I believe it. A bunch of others too, of course. Star '92 wins though.
