You pay the company to shoot the corps. If they don't shoot, you don't pay. It's quite simple. DCA should have had a plan in place for the rain. The production company MUST film, in rain or shine. If they knew that beforehand, I'm sure they would have had all weather gear for their equipment. And if they didn't?
