As sad as I am to lose a good friend, I wanted to say how great a guy Mike Gerris is and was ........ Mike was a man that would do anything for anyone without question. He was selfless when it just came to doing things for others. It was so admirable but he never made that the point, rather discounted the help that he gave with humor and focusing on just living life !

I will miss Mike because of who he is and he cannot be replaced because he was Mike ! I cannot even describe my empathy for Frank and the rest of the Gerris family. The Gerris family lost a gem.......that even though he is gone shines from what he did for others. Mike Gerris is a true gentleman of drum corps.

God rest your soul Mike !
