Not to turn this into another debate, but would you rather have 50 kids who really wanted to be in your corps or 65 where 15 would rather be somewhere else? If I was a corps with 25 kids that was in danger of being denied access to competition because of the size limit rule (a dumb rule IMHO) I might be happy to get any kids I could lay my hands on.
