Galen
I've spent the last couple of nights making the final tweaks to the calendar for this season and I'm pleased to announce that we're almost ready to release this season's calendar of events! Matthew
I know we talked about the new "software" or "system" possibly not being able to support "bonus points" and the like. If that is the case, I think there needs to be a proposal (last minute) to where directors can not start the tour too late, and still be on the same page as everyone else who has been touring. I said this when this was an actual proposal about eliminating bonus points. Should the system not support bonus points--I think corps should HAVE to perform in a minimum amount of shows, but not exceeding their maximum, and they should also have to perform in a given amount (to be determined by the executive director) of shows per week. I don't think it would be fair if a corps competed in 7 shows, and then got to call themselves DCPI-Champions, when they didn't put much effort into the experience. I'm just throwing that out there...
