We go there because the director is an FMM, and we do clinics. Last year, there was a westminster and a hershey show - I know because i went to both. No idea why hershey is gone this year... Quote

Latrobe's Finest Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 no,............it's not,........... The Westminster show is August 3. Corps there will be Blue Stars, Troopers, Cadets, Crown and Crossmen. Westminster has been hosting big marching music events for a while. They always seemed to host TOB Chapters when I was in HS and I guess they do some other band circuit's shows too. Quote
chaddyt Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 I'm bummed there's no Hershey show this year. I think it used to be a fairly regular thing back in the late 90's, but from what I understand, the fee for HersheyPark stadium has progressively gone up over the past few years. I know the entertainment department there has recently come under new management, so that may have something to do with it as well. Looks like my closest opportunity this year will be either Westminster or Allentown. Quote
