Right... because the quality is poor. Low bitrate 720p is not "high end" in this day and age. On a 106" it look like there's a layer of Vaseline smeared over my screen.

720p is not "clear as a bell" lol. Not in 2017. Noticeable artifacting during multi-cam shots too. Bad compression around the performers.

I didn't say there were issues, just that the quality is poor. You might be a less discerning viewer.

"Fine" I guess. Still really bad. This is my first time viewing a Flo stream this season and I'm really underwhelmed. Horrible artifacting and frame rate hitching on the multi-cam stream. YouTube compression has a higher bitrate.

I dunno if it's that for everyone, honestly. I was initially attracted to this activity due to the high level of execution from the top corps. That's what drum corps is to me. I appreciate the lower tier corps for introducing younger members to the activity and grooming them for the future, but if I'm being honest I'm still showing up for the top 8 or so. You know, the corps that the kids in the lower corps hope to march next year.

Such rules do not apply to the Blue Devils. They'll be fine.

Just got back from the show. That was the best their hornline has sounded since probably 2004. Really took my breath away, and I did not expect that from SCV.

Does anyone know if you're allowed to bring a cooler?

Man. I miss the days of corps having a uniform "identity." This stuff is so off the wall I don't even know how to process it. Also when did we become babies about having full length sleeves? I know Crown has been and about this for a long time but everyone seems to be doing it this year.
