I believe Reading Buccaneers (all age) played it...I think as a warm up at some point and perhaps as an intro to another piece in one of their shows in the late 70s-early 80s...I don't think it was listed as part of their repertoire...someone who marched back then would know better than I..it is a great tune to sing though...

I'm not a fan of all the narration, but I gotta say...the more I watched Colts 2014, the more I enjoyed the show...each time I saw it, I was more emotionally connected to the story than the last time...there were a slew of little things that needed multiple viewings to catch...being a Pink Floyd fan also helped...I was really disappointed they missed finals...

I did...thought Phantom right away, with Cadets immediately after...but the general thought, I think, is accurate..we remember what we like, not necessarily who won...

Thanks...I did finally hear...from the DCI HelpDesk...not the store...and they confirmed (and then I was later able to confirm) that I did in fact order them twice..They said they would refund one of the payments... I too am surprised they waited this long to take orders. I was starting to think they were going to produce them...then take orders so they could ship right away.. oh well...all is good now (as long as I get my refund)

I think I found part of the problem...the ordering is in the DCIFinals.com site, not DCI.org....even though it starts in the latter, the actual purchase shows up in the former..

Has anyone else tried to pre order the DVDs, etc for 2014. I ordered them on Saturday...it asked me to register (it would not take my Fan Network username and password or my normal DCI username or password)...so I registered...got a notification that my card would be charged...but no order number, no e-mail confirmation..and when I go back into my normal DCI account, there's no order there...and if I go into the Fan Network, I can't find any ordering information. I sent an e-mail to the DCI store about this, and haven't gotten a response...so I re-ordered it this morning...again it asked me to register (would not take my existing log in information), and again no order number or e-mail confirmation, but did get a message that my card would be charged...Is it just me, or is this messed up for some reason...and no my card has not been charged yet....but I know in the past they sometimes didn't charge until the items were shipped...I just want to know if they got my order... anyone else having issues?

Still going with 1983...I only marched finals one year...1983...and I'm pretty sure it happened that year. According to CorpReps, Matadors got 10th in 86 finals...11th in prelims....so maybe it happened both years...but I'm pretty confident for 1983 even though they aren't listed for finals...maybe they competed "only" for the guard caption in 1983.....I wasn't there in 1986..anybody have caption scores for 1983 and 1986? Well...on the Fan Network, the one in the back left...my wife and I both also thought it was Oprah..it might not be her, but on the TV, it sure does look like her. Couldn't see the others cleary.... I agree,IMO they are totally unnecessary and don't add anything to the show. I actually thought they were going to be the presidents...guess not...If they are just Joe public...I'm hurt that they didn't use me.. ;-)

Who's on the Cadets' tarps at the end of the show? Even high camera on the fan network, I couldn't make them out.

Didn't Phantom have a series of years there where their sopranos did alot of technical stuff? Maybe not to the extent of Crown, but it was a highlight of their shows....nothing wrong with accentuating the positive...Cavies did it with drill, BD with cleanliness...might as well use what ya got while ya got it...

Any word on the definite Fan Network schedule and pricing? I went into the Fan Network website but apparently I need to log in to see the schedule (?) and if I don' have a membership, I can't log in...My big question...will finals be streamed separate from the Fan Network...meaning can I purchase Finals only and NOT have a Fan Network membership? Thanks!

Sounds like that "S" word...SLO_ _ING...if 4 corps are equally as good...then it should be a four way race..regardless of what the judges "want"...if they "narrow down" that 4th corps before finals...then the Final placements are not decided on performance, but on ease of judging..I would like to see the #1 spot bounce around among several corps right up until the last night...make it a fair fight..one that comes down to one performance...regardless of what corps you are...

What am I missing? I don;t see any link to connect to the stream...just a choice of camera...and I pick one (either one) and nothing happens...what am I missing?
