I was outside the stadium in Bloomington in a suvi booth for the 3 days of finals, never heard any music, but I sure did hear the roar when second place was announced, I do wonder, how many people yelled because blue devils lost VS how many people yelled because Phantom won???

How does a BAD design of a show make it to the field? who decides?

If the audio recording was done correctly, and I believe they where. EACH separate microphone would be recorded on a separate track. Then back in the shop the engineers will mix and use their magic to blend it all together. If it was mixed on site and recorded it will be hard to clean up. The same goes for video feeds from each camera.

The stadium used a camera crew that normally does football games......their point of view of what should be shown is completely than drum corps. I have had to deal with these types many times in my 12 years of taping marching bands.

YES...all monies collected for votes sold would go to each individual corps.

Due to complaints of thousands of DCI fans, DCI will stop sending judges to ALL remaining events. Fans will have to purchase ONE dollar votes for their favorite Corps. The corps with the most votes wins.

what if these events were not judged at all. would you still go?

shure sells a wind sock for about $35.00, I use 4 of them on 4 shure sm94 mic's, I run them thru a Mackie mixer, then into my recording device. never had a problem in 1o years, cost mic/windsock 300.00 each
