  1. I might be going to Bloomington. This will be my first time attending the World Championships!! I'm also going to the Murfreesboro show next week!
  2. 2003 was when they caught my attention, and I've been hooked on them ever since.
  3. I totally agree with this!! Society also wants to put cheerleading in the sports category. Excellent Post!!
  4. Yeah, I'm also puzzled about the sport part. Let's enjoy this activity for what it is.
  5. Amen to that!! Please don't over analyze it and make it into something that it's not.

  7. When have the Cavaliers ever had music that was demanding? The drill? Definitely. The music? Not in this decade they haven't.
  8. Right now, it seems like SCV is being left in the dust. When are they gonna pick it up?
  9. It sounds like Crown can do a lot more with this show. It could be a masterpiece come World Championships. I can't wait to see the recaps.
  10. WOW!!! Great job Crown!!! I can't wait to see you all in the 'Boro in two weeks. Keep up the great work and keep getting better and better.
  11. They didn't have their best run and scored an 85??? WOW!!
  12. They must have working really hard during that week off. Right now, they're ahead of Boston Crusaders. Keep up the good work!!
  13. I'll be there too!! I agree with the top eight being the same as last year, with Boston Crusaders replacing Blue Knights. Chaos, you'll be there, right??
  14. I agree. Crown should have been top five last year The Cadets are always known for making lots of changes to their show. You never know what they're going to do. Remember last year they completely changed their opener?
  15. From looking at the recaps, I saw where Crown's guard was first as well as their brass. I knew their guard would do well but their brass must be really good this year.
  16. You bring up a very valid point! IMHO, yelling and screaming at the top of your throat at people is not leadership. I think it's immature and people aren't really going to take you seriously. And yeah, they're going to focus on your behavior. You might get laughed at or knocked out, but the latter doesn't solve anything. When you lead a group of people, you lead them towards a common goal or purpose. You should be mature, knowledgeable, willing to listen, and having a commanding presence. There are times when people in leadership should show constructive criticism, not destructive criticism because words have power.
  17. I think if you're going to do narration in a show it needs to be done RIGHT!!
  18. I liked it better when DCI was on PBS. You got to see the entire performances of the Top 12. On ESPN2, the broadcast was too short for what it was. You could imagine how much DCI had to pay for airtime.
  19. I would have to agree. Bellisimo was really when they got my attention! Then 05, 06, & 07
  20. The Cavaliers Guard has always been consistently good and clean! They make everything look so easy. Same with Crown's guard making their work look easy. They have improved so much over the past few years. I believe Colts have always had large numbers in their guard. The Blue Devils guard is well-conditioned and in great shape. They must have a lot of dance training.
  21. I don't think they've ever had that many contras. They've always been top heavy to me.
  22. Sounds like Crown is going to be another crowd favorite this year!
