i always thought clueboats was a fun nickname to say for bloo. BAC is actually Bay Area Crusaders and ive heard southwind go by S-dub many times.

thanks for the love everyone! i'd just like to say, i'm glad that everything happened the way it did and the stars aligned to put me at VK for 2009. I felt a huge sense of fulfillment that 3 long years of hard work finally is putting VK on the map. The Velvet Knights keep growing stronger every year and I'm really glad I've been able to put in my effort to make that happen. Here's to a wonderful and face-melting 2010 for the knights!!!

i dunno if latin(ish) is the right way to describe Piazzolla. As far as tangos go, he is the most respected writer of the genre. it is very much seen as a classical take on the music too. That show is absolutely amazing. When i saw it the first time at that company front near the end i started tearing up. But Regiment still holds their title as the Classical music voice. i'm wondering if this year is going to be anything like '91 Star music wise, that is. Whenever i think of Rome my mind goes to Roman Images. Plus its classic music so i think it'd work out. we'll just have to wait and see more from 'em

i wouldn't be too worried about having a "inferno" themed show. especially in DCI. i mean, if Phantom Regiment can do Faust, and have a pentagram in their drill...... i'm pretty sure we're safe on this one.

my birthday is May 31st. i was born at 8:11 in the A.M. 16 hours. SIXTEEN HOURS! prevent me from marching one more season. its infuriating at this point. but if this rule were to pass, all would be well for me. please. dont let these 16 hours affect my life.

i think it would absolutely amazing if Star of Indiana came back. for how short they were active, they had some amazing shows.
