Is this directed at me or all of DCP? I watched Academy, BD, Crown, Vanguard fyi

The short little one minute videos of the 2010 corps shows are up on DCI.org. If you click on 'Corps', then the specific corps, you can watch a brief video of their 2010 production that is on the Finals DVD.

I cant believe no one has asked this... But what show does it show in the high cam? If they show the finals show thered be no way to splice part of the semis show in there without it being recongnizable. I dont have the DVDs yet thats why I am asking.

I always thought tie clips/pins would be cool with a logo or name... sun sheilds for cars (the things in the front windows that provide shade when the car is parked.) Cell Phone cases would be pretty sick with corps logos on it Golf club covers Shirts with that look like the corps uniforms Umbrellas thats all for now.

Last year we did... I am assuming they will again this year. But Tom, there is no date on your post for this...

Twinkies were invented in 1930. I Wonder what is gonna happen to I&E...

So I recently found out some very interesting news.... With the addition of the Minneapolis show, or the Cowboys are starting their summer training earlier, The San Antonio show is possibly moving to a different stadium and turning into a two day (July 24-25) show kinda like Allentown. I also heard that it could be a two day show with corps 9-22 performing on Saturday for the final 4 spots on the Sunday show. Either way this would suck. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Gold horns...

There is almost always section leaders for each section in the brass line and then some corps have a Horn Sgt that is the leader of all the brass line. Most of the time he carries out protocal info with the other Section leaders and informs them when they are doing something wrong or when something could be fixed. Most staff looks to the Horn Sgt to carry out certain things in arc so that there is NO confusion.

What show from each year would you have marched from 2000 - 2009, and why? Here are mine. 2000 - Cadets. Just a fun show. Dont think as a performer you would not want to do that show. 2001 - eh year.. 2002 - eh year... 2003 - Phantom. Just an amazing show. love crowd favorites. 2004 - BD. Music was awesome and the exit at finals was SWEET! 2005 - SCV. Dont know why but I love that show. 2006 - Phantom. Show was just inspiring. True drum corps show. 2007 - Academy. First year in DIV I and they should have made finals. What a year it probably was to be in that corps with everything that came with it. 2008 - BD. Another innovative show. really fun. Never really seen anything like it. 2009 - Crown. This brass line was amazing and another really innovative show.

Did any one happen to go to BD's, Academys, or SCVs camp? I heard rumors of Academys piece selection... just wondered if anyone got the low down. Still havent heard anything from devs. But you never do till like april or May

I hear Academy got their closer and are rehearsing it this upcoming weekend... And the show SHOULD be anounced.

I totally forgot Bluecoats were going inactive this year out of anger for not winning the Chase Money Giveaway on Facebook... Like: BD, Crown, Cadets, Vanguard, BLOO, Phantom, Glassmen, Academy, Madison, HATE:Cavies (So ugly. and the sash is tacky), Blue Knights (WTF?), X-men (Really? A cape? Really?) Troopers (Troopers calling troopers... we are in 2010. Get rid of everything espeacially the hanker cheifs. And get something more form fitting so people can see how bad your technique really is.) Pioneer (I hear this is being fixed...) The rest I am indefferent over.
