I think you might be in the minority on this one. Lots of people loved ALL the shows (within reason, give or take a couple) but I think most feel it was a great year.

Could it be the new stadium? I hear there's a different INT performance every year, almost like they don't have their identity yet.

I had many friends in both, so I am happy either way. Couldn't have happened to better people.

You gotta respect them. I started off hating it, and being bitter cause they were beating HNC, but the music was good, and by the end, I was okay with them winning and accepted it before it was announced. A big congratulations to Blue Devils (there I said it) and a big congrats to ALL!

Yah, caused a lot of turmoil for that night. Hopkins had a talk with us. it worked out, of course, but it put the fire in us like nothing else. It was a very West Coast crowd, so they weren't on our side on that one. Oh well. It's in the books :)

I would say so, yes. (from a cadets fan, but I really liked those early years) I am now really excited that SCV has another chance! --- so does cadets at the every 5 year thing! Battle royale!

Personally, Cadets 2007 was mine, but I marched it, and it was darn good. I don't care what anyone says. :)

A huge resounding THANK YOU to ALL the corps this year. From top to bottom, we heard pure excellence in show design and performance. It was an honor to play even on Friday night this year, given the stiff competition. It was great to see the passion and enthusiasm and quite frankly, it's touching. I will miss this year, but it will go down in the history books as one of the greats. Congratulations to ALL. ... and to all a good night. Much love, Behold888 (Bill)
