I looked back in my Crown Brass Girls pics from finals rehearsal and 2011 had 8 ladies and 2012 had 9. I know of least 10 this season so it does look like the females are gaining. :)

There are quite a few brass females this year, it is hard to tell in warmup videos due to "show hair".

What is the difference in SQ, HQ or Beta HQ? Not sure which to use.

Okay, so I just watched this again. Instead of a rotating something flat on the field as I first saw it, this time I'm seeing it as a triangle pyramid that raises into the air and then spins around. Anyone else seeing that? Very 3D.

Love this idea! I was cooking on Crown's food truck for 5 weeks this past summer, many of the meals are just a blur, I just know everything gets topped with RANCH DRESSING! ;)

On the volunteer truck with Crown, the show is delayed for now, a thunderstorm passed thru and it is still raining.

Rehearsing on Saturday at Kell High School, 4770 Lee Waters Road, Marietta GA. Sunday I believe they are at Memorial Colisium in Charlotte, the show site, not 100% sure.

Yes, this is the same soloist in the trio that is on the left as you face the field that also balances the cube. In that trio he balances a sabre on his chin and marches across right after the rifle toss is caught

Finished learning yesterday afternoon and performed it at Round Rock.

He is good at this! My son showed me a pic of him balancing an 8 ft ladder on his chin. Must be some Superhuman strength in that chin! :)

Boston. Was stopped and show on hold due to severe weather. Lightening and thunder and it just started pouring the rain
