    "Best of 13-24" series: mitigates risk to DCI by only producing one or two DVDs a year (that way licensing can be taken care of as needed), have fan voting for shows to be included. Eight to ten shows on a disc, with perhaps some flavor commentary from Rondo and Cesario, along with corps members and designers for the shows (as applicable). I'd buy it.

    It's drum corps, my friend . . .you're already dealing with something that cribs its pastiched "excellence" from borrowing from other art forms. Drum corps borrows . . . even (to use your favorites) the Bluecoats doing Radiohead or SCV channeling Ligeti . . . it's no different than the guy who won AGT last year crooning Sinatra.

    Pretty much this. 1972 DCI from DCW, DCI 1974-2011 . . .DCA 2003-2011, plus the above, along with lots of other individual year videos. I'd buy more if they made more.

    Yeah, if I had known there was gonna be a Blu-Ray, I would have held off on pre-ordering. Anyway, I guess at least it'll be here by Christmas.
