As we could see on the Prelims recaps, Oregon got a 0.5-point penalty today, placing below the Vanguard Cadets when, without the penalty, they would have been above them. Any OC insiders know exactly what the penalty was for? And if you're not an OC insider but watched the show today, do you think you know what the penalty was for? Just wondering.

I believe this has been discussed before, but if you're referring to public domain music, the source material may be that way, but the arrangements aren't. So even if Scheherazade (originally published in 1888) is in the public domain, the arrangers of the music of SCV's 2004 (Key Poulan and Jim Casella) and 2014 (JD Shaw, Paul Rennick and Sandi Rennick) shows can go against the videos claiming it is their arrangements being put out there, not just the music being arranged.
