    Were you part of that 76 BD drumline? If so, if i ever run into you at a show, by law i am required to bow in your presence lol. That 76 line is legendary!!!

    Sadly idk anyone on BD's staff or anyone in the activity. Never marched and i don't have a ounce of musical talent in my bones. Just a huge fan of BD and the activity as a whole. That's why i hold each and everyone of you that have marched, taught, judged, etc in high regard. I can't do what you guys do and never will. Everything i have learned about this activity, i have learned from all of you on this site. And in all my years on DCP, I have just come to learn that when BD wins, some people will go to great lengths to say anything as to why BD won. I thought this was another one of those situations.

    Its gonna be one helluva battle when the big dawgs start going head to head. I am predicting a different winner at each regional. What keeps BD slightly ahead is they don't have any weaknesses like last year.

    I agree with you that BD will not go undefeated. No one will. I have BD losing the first matchup of the year against Coats/Cadets/Crown July 17th at the TOC in Dekalb since they are performing 2nd out of the 9 corps performing that evening. And a loss is good. Keeps them motivated and grounded. But in the end i think BD will win it all.

    Fair enough. I can respect that. Just making sure it's not the patented blame the entire world when BD wins and overlooking the fact that BD straight up out performed Crown on finals night which they did.

    I am curious.....you mentioned in the Cadets thread that BDs staff was shocked they won Guard last year. Exactly who was shocked if you don't mind me asking.

    Cavies are straight up boss this year. They are not messing around this year and every corps they go head to head with better bring their A game. But with that being said BD is on another level. I have BD winning by a minimum 3 points over Cavies in Denver.

    If that holds true, than it's gonna be road trip up the I-5 North for me from SoCal. Gotta see my BD every year even if they don't come south. Pacific Northwest here i come, next year lol.

    Good point. They might. I know this show is a long way from finished. Cant wait to see how it turns out in August. And that percussion.............OMG. Could be witnessing a top five battery of all time.

    Well i hope that doesn't happen considering i just bought my house 4 years ago here in SoCal lol. Luckily i have Allstate but Mayhem never mentioned Global warming lol.

    BD is a lock for top three. I have them winning it all and i am 100% confident making that prediction after seeing them live. The bigger question is if SCV medals which is a very big possibility, who is the odd man out sitting in 4th? Crown/Cadets/Bluecoats?

    It's all good. My response was more good nature than negative. I am the biggest Niners fan the world has ever known so i go from 0-60 anytime anyone brings them up. But to be fair the Browns beat my Niners fair and square this past season. We made Manziel look like a hall of famer in that game. I had to go skip rocks across a lake and ponder life after that game lol.

    I am a Chief in the Navy, active duty, been in 19 years, just re-enlisted for five more years two weeks ago. No day off for me today. Got the duty. But it's my first holiday duty of 2016 so i can't complain lol. Happy 4th everyone!

    I need to see this BD show live again! One live viewing is not enough. I might have to make a last second road trip from Cali to Denver this Saturday. Wife is gonna be p****d and there will be lonely nights on the couch for me afterwards, but after seeing this show live last night, it might be worth it.

    BD doesn't need to be superior to the other corps as they are no better than anyone else, they just need to be the best on finals night like last year.
