Many, many years ago, I attended George Parks' Drum Major Academy multiple times as high school drum major. One of his starred thoughts that he emphasized multiple times was this: "You win as though you were used to winning, and you lose as though you had won." In other words, always act dignified and respectful.

I just saw a Facebook posting from PR. They're cancelling their public performance tonight.

We were in section 443 for quarterfinals last year, and nearly froze in shorts/short sleeve shirts. We were directly under an air vent, though. This year, for finals, we're in 141 and very close to the field. I plan on taking a pullover just in case.

WOW has this show transformed! Don't get me wrong, I loved it at the beginning of the season, but there is so much improvement! The storyline is much more cohesive and well-defined. The music book and performance is off the charts, and visual is such an improvement.

The Cadets' PoR and Wine Dark Sea have been on a constant loop in my head since the beginning of the season! I know it isn't for everyone, but I love how "in your face" it is. There are a couple of distinctly classic Cadets lines in this show

Yes! I completely agree. Last year, we wore shorts/t-shirts, and I even had on a sleeveless top. We were under an air vent, and were freezing! Merchandise booths benefitted, though!

Question for anyone who ordered Finals tickets from The Cadets-have you received them yet?

Bluecoats Cadets Vanguard Academy Honestly, though, I enjoyed and appreciated far more than not. What a great season!
